Alonzo J. Primus


Alonzo J. Primus, 42 is an experienced financial services executive.
Previously, Mr. Primus was the CEO and President of First Bank
of Delaware (“Bank”), a commercial and consumer bank for five
years. The Bank specialized in commercial and consumer banking
with a specific concentration in providing financial services to the
unbanked and underbanked market. During his career, Mr. Primus
has worked closely with a number of large private and publicly traded financial services providers to deliver products and services to the underbanked and unbanked market.

In his current consulting businesses, Mr. Primus works with Tribal entities and lenders in structuring deals, contract negotiation, designing and implementing policies and procedures as well as ongoing compliance and operational functions. Mr. Primus assists in the design, implementation and ongoing operations of various consumer lending programs geared towards the underbanked consumer. Mr. Primus works with clients to offer credit and prepaid card programs and money service business products and services. Mr. Primus also assists his clients in developing banking relationships, payment processing solutions and in other financial matters.

Mr. Primus was responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the Bank and was primarily charged with all business development activity. Over the years, based on his experience in evaluating, implementing and managing programs, he has developed a number of contacts and relationships with many individuals and companies throughout the country.




L. Steven Haynes

Leonard Steven Haynes: Mr. Haynes began his career in 1983 with Shearson Loeb Rhodes in the Capital Markets Division in New York. Mr. Haynes held Series 7 and Series 63 Securities & Exchange Commission licenses for 10 years. In 1988 Mr. Haynes left Shearson to found Southampton Capital Partners, a licensed venture capital firm in Dallas Texas. Southampton funded a wide range of start-ups revolving around financial services and proprietary intellectual property.

In 1995 he took charge as CEO of a portfolio company specializing in branding and licensing. In 1997 he took the company public, Mr. Haynes sold the majority stake in the company in 2001. After the sale of the company he joined the Omnicom Group to start and run a brand marketing agency servicing numerous Fortune 500 companies.

During the time from 1997 to 2001 Mr. Haynes began personally investing in the Native American gaming, energy and financial services industries. In 2004 he left Omnicom to pursue his personal investment interests full time, He has been involved in the development and financing of gaming, energy and financial services since. He has personally been licensed to do business with over 25 Native American Tribes in various jurisdictions and has been granted key man operating approval by the West Virginia Lottery Commission. He is also licensed by the Mississippi Gamming Commission and the Illinois Gaming Commission.

Mr. Haynes has invested in and operated commercial gaming facilities and commercial energy and financial service companies in addition to the Tribal businesses.

His company Haynes Investments LLC has numerous holdings in privately held business in the targeted industries.

Mr. Haynes lives in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife have five children. He is a Wake Forest University Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Mr. Haynes has participated in several post graduate management programs for entrepreneurs.   Mr. Haynes has served on the board of directors of numerous for-profit and not-profit organizations.
